The first of four planned group virtual physio sessions being hosted by our partners BodyLogic Health ( over Zoom, free of charge and exclusive for Clapham Cycle members.

Session 1 – Effective Stretching to Maximise your Performance
Hosted by Lindsay – Chartered Physiotherapist
Time – 18:25 for a prompt 18:30 start
Duration – 30 minutes plus 15 minutes Q&A – please do submit questions in advance through the comments on this event

Etiqutte – Please ensure microphones are off when not in use, there is no need to have your camera on if you don’t want to but it helps the presenter to see at least some of their audience is present and paying attention. Please save questions for the Q&A session at the end, or submit them by typed comment during the session.

There will be 2 weeks between each session for you to practice what you’ve learned from the previous and bring any questions to the following session. If you would like any more in depth individual guidance they have offered a discount structure on their services to our members.
